03 Eligibility

06 Acceptable Use Policy
Our service is for personal, non-commercial streaming use only. Acceptable use includes:

07 Prohibited Activities

08 Intellectual Property

09 Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Limitation of Liability

10 Termination
Termination by You
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No partial refunds for unused subscription time, except during the 7-day guarantee window.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in credential sharing, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or use the service for illegal purposes. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
11 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via WhatsApp with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
